Class Descriptions


BABY (0-2 year olds) & TOT CLASSES (3 & 4 year olds)

  • The parent and child will bond working together learning about sensory stimulation, fundamental movement, and social development. Make new friends and develop fine and gross motor skills through creative movement and flexibility in this 30 minute class!

  • Parent supervised open gym play including obstacle courses, bounce houses, and trampolines.

  • Tumbling and creative movement class to help your independent child learn basic tumble skills. Strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance will also be incorporated into every class.

TINY CLASSES

(Ages 5 & 6 year olds)

  • Basic introduction to cheerleading - no experience necessary! Learn motion basics, tumbling basics, how to jump, dance, and introduce stunting techniques from the ground up!

  • Basic beginner tumbling and movement class introducing foundational tumble skills for ages 5-6. Strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility will also be incorporated into every class. No experience necessary!

TUMBLE CLASSES

REC CLASSES

  • Beginner Dance acrobatics class for ages 5+ to learn and master dance tumbling skills.

  • Jump & Flex class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, stability and technique for all athletes wanting to improve their jumps and flying technique. This class is for ages 5 and up for flyers/jumpers of all levels looking to improve their skills. No experience is necessary.

  • An all-boy class for active boys ages 7+. This class includes strength, endurance, balance & agility work, as well as obstacle courses & tumbling! It will be a super fun class- sure to burn all that boy energy.

  • A fitness class for athletes ages 7+. This class is perfect for any athlete wishing to improve endurance and fitness and want a workout focused on the muscle groups most needed for tumbling, dance, and gymnastics.

 

HIGH SCHOOL REC CLASSES

(Ages 12 & up)

 
  • Class for ages 12+ to learn and improve skills required for high school tryouts. Class will consist of learning cheers, chants, and sideline dances as well as working jumps, tumbling, and stunting basics.

  • Beginner tumbling class introducing foundational tumble skills for ages 12+. This class is designed to help athletes gain the tumbling skills needed for high school and collegiate cheerleading.

    Strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility will also be incorporated into every class. No experience necessary!

  • Advanced tumbling class for ages 12+. This class is designed to help athletes gain the tumbling skills needed for high school and collegiate cheerleading.
